Deepti Gudipati (she/her)

Deepti Gudipati believes that the world’s most important missions are only as strong as the people carrying them, and that when people are grounded, connected, and whole, extraordinary things become possible.

Since founding DG Leadership Solutions in 2017, and across more than 15 years in leadership and organizational development, Deepti has partnered with mission-driven organizations as they become as strong on the inside as the change they seek to create in the world. She helps leaders find their footing, teams find their rhythm, and organizations find their center: aligned, energized, and fully alive in their purpose.

Deepti’s practice is rooted in relationship and, at its core, is about building capacity from the inside out. She helps people work better, together, strengthening the foundation and culture that allow teams to stay healthy, resilient, and in it for the long haul, especially when the road is hard.

Whether she is guiding a single pivotal retreat or serving as a long-term thought partner, Deepti weaves organizational assessments, facilitation, and executive and team coaching into one integrated journey. She listens deeply to an organization’s people, history, and hopes, so that what grows from the work truly belongs to them and keeps growing long after she steps away.

What sets Deepti apart is how fully she welcomes the whole person into the room. Through her training in somatic coaching and facilitation, she helps leaders and teams discover that stress, conflict, and uncertainty live not only in our minds but in our bodies, and that presence and grounding can open doors that thinking alone cannot. In the spaces she creates, people slow down, speak honestly, and rediscover trust in themselves and one another. The change is felt, not just understood.

At the heart of her practice is a simple, powerful belief: great leadership is built on self-awareness, purpose, and choice. Clients describe her as a trusted partner who unlocks new insight, makes room for courageous risk-taking, and helps people bring their individual strengths into shared purpose.

Deepti’s path to this work runs through roles at Merck Pharmaceuticals, LifeBridge Health, and the American Association of University Women. Across corporate, healthcare, and nonprofit worlds, she learned that every organization rises or falls on how well its people come together, and she developed a gift for bringing diverse voices together to turn shared vision into action.

Deepti is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and a graduate of Georgetown University’s leadership coaching program. She holds master’s degrees in Organizational Dynamics (University of Pennsylvania) and Public Policy (Carnegie Mellon). A lifelong learner, she is always integrating new skills into her existing wisdom and practice.

Deepti lives in Washington, D.C., where she finds joy adventuring with her son, her partner, and their dog, and stays inspired by discovering the people and world around her.
